I’ve Been There
I used to be addicted to porn. My addiction was so bad that I’d wake up every day feeling miserable, worthless, and hopeless. What started as a source of pleasure eventually became the cause of my misery.
Porn addiction ruined many aspects of my life. It damaged my relationships, drained my motivation, wrecked my mental health, and shattered my self-confidence. On the outside, I looked fine, but inside, I was fighting a battle I kept losing.
I was a prisoner, and porn was my master. I felt like a zombie. I was alive but not really living. Porn consumed me.
Thankfully, I made the bold decision to quit porn for good. It wasn’t easy. A big part of me didn’t want to let go of the pleasure it gave. But deep down, I knew that if I wanted to truly live a meaningful, happy, and fulfilling life, I had to remove porn completely, not just reduce it, but banish it for good.
It took me years, but today, I can say with pride and gratitude that I am completely free.
My Mission
During the years I battled porn addiction, I came across countless stories of men who were going through the same struggle. They, too, were trapped in addiction. Some had it better than me, while others had it far worse. I read about men who lost their jobs, destroyed their marriages, ruined their finances, and even distorted their sexuality, all because of porn.
When I finally quit for good, I made it my mission to help other men do the same. I remember wishing there was someone to guide me, to tell me what to do, to show me the way out. But there wasn’t. I had to figure it out alone.
That’s why I created this website. I want to be that guide for you. I want to be the person I once needed. I want to help you heal, achieve freedom, rebuild your self-confidence, and start living a meaningful, happy, and porn-free life.

The Workbook
Quitting porn was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. It took me years of trial and error, countless relapses, and endless frustration before I finally discovered what actually works. Now, I want to share that with you.
This workbook is the result of everything I’ve learned. It contains the knowledge, tools, and strategies that helped me quit porn for good.
I didn’t want to create just another ebook filled with information. I wanted to build something that could truly change your life. That’s why I created this workbook. I firmly believe that lasting change only happens when you do the WORK.
Knowledge is power, and, indeed, that is true. But applying knowledge is a million times more powerful! You can read ten books on how to quit porn, but unless you apply what you learn, you’ll stay a prisoner of porn.
This workbook helps you break free by guiding you step by step through the same process that worked for me.
What You’ll Learn
Think of this workbook as your GPS to freedom. It won’t remove every obstacle, but it will keep you on the right path no matter how long or hard the journey feels. All you need to do is trust it, follow the route, and keep going until you arrive. This workbook will help you…
This workbook is designed to take you from being a prisoner of porn to a free man who’s in control of his life. This workbook will help you defeat porn addiction once and for all.
But I have to tell you something important. The power of this workbook is not in the reading. It’s in the doing. Reading this workbook won’t set you free. Applying the knowledge you will learn from it will.
This workbook is your ultimate guide that will take you to your desired destination – freedom. But it’s YOU who must take the journey.
Meet Peter
Hi, I’m Peter Jongko, and I’m here to help you overcome porn addiction and reclaim your life.
I want to be clear. I am not a therapist, psychologist, or medical expert. I don’t have a background in psychology or medicine. What I do have is the experience of being addicted to porn for many years.
My addiction started in 2012, and it became worse in 2013. Thankfully, in 2014, I made the bold decision to quit porn for good. It took me many years, but today I’m happy to say I’m completely free.
I’ve been in your shoes. I know how it feels to be controlled and consumed by porn. I know how it feels to wake up every day feeling miserable, hopeless, and worthless. I know what it’s like to want to quit so badly, but you can’t and you don’t know how. I know what it’s like to promise yourself, “I will never watch porn again”, only to do it the very next day.
I might not be a medical expert with a fancy title, but I know how you feel. I understand you completely.

3 Reasons Why NoFap Is Not Working for You
I used to be a big believer in NoFap. But now? Not so much. Not because I think it’s ineffective, but because I believe it doesn’t work for all men. Yes, many guys have found…

Is Porn the Hidden Cause of Your Depression?
Personally, this is what I believe. I believe that porn addiction indirectly causes depression, and for men who are already depressed, porn can make the symptoms worse.

Here’s the Real Reason You’re Addicted to Porn
The thing with porn is that it’s a double-edged sword. It provides pleasure and allows people a safe outlet for sexual desires and urges, but at the same time, it can…
If I Can Do It, So Can You
I know the idea of quitting porn seems impossible. Every fiber of your being is fighting back. Subconsciously, you don’t want to let go of the pleasure it brings. But the fact that you’re still here, reading, tells me that there is a part of you that genuinely wants to be free, that wants to defeat porn.
I’m here to tell you that you can be free. I’ve done it, and so can you. I’m not special. I don’t have a special gene that makes me strong enough to defeat porn. I’m just like you, a regular guy who’s been a prisoner of porn but has worked hard to set himself free.
But you know what I had? I had the desire, the burning desire, to banish porn for good and reclaim my life. I woke up one day realizing that I could not continue living this way. I had to do something, and I’m glad I did because the freedom that I enjoy today was the result of years of hard work, perseverance, and dedication.
You might not believe it right now, but you can quit porn for good. You can reclaim your life. All you need is the genuine desire, the will to do the work, and the right guide to show you the way.
Good luck on your journey!
